A new food truck offering Mediterranean and Spanish fare has come to the neighborhood. The new arrival to West Seattle, called Mediterranean Mixta, is located at 4000 SW Alaska St.
This mobile kitchen serves up made-to-order dinners that are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients in seven to 10 minutes, the business says on its website. The ever-changing menu is posted daily. Recent offerings have included the Spanish Mixta with chorizo, chicken breast, red bell peppers, onion and haricot verts, tossed together in a smoked paprika broth.
With a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh addition has been warmly received by patrons.
Alex F., who reviewed the mobile eatery on Sept. 7, wrote, "Make the trip to try this place! Food was super fresh, veggies were crisp, proteins were tender and juicy, the sauce was packed full of flavor, and all the menu options were healthy and gluten free."
Yelper Sierra S. added, “Super nice couple running the truck. The food had great flavors and they were happy to accommodate my modifications. The leftovers today were even more flavorful!"
