Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top cocktail bars in San Antonio, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to go for classic drinks and creative concoctions.
1. Cured

Topping the list is Cured, a New American bar and restaurant in the historic Administration Building. Located at 306 Pearl Parkway, Suite 101, in the Pearl District, it is the highest rated cocktail bar in San Antonio, boasting 4.5 stars out of 810 reviews on Yelp.
As far as cocktails go, you'll see options like the Prickly Pear Punch (Hye White Rum, prickly pear and lime), the Cured (lemon thyme moonshine, ginger, citrus bitters and sparkling wine) and the San Antone (Herradura Anejo Tequila, Ancho Reyes and sweet vermouth). (See the full drink menu here.)
On the food side of things, Cured is appropriately known for its cured meats, which it serves up on charcuterie boards. It also has a selection of small plates, platters and desserts. (See the dinner menu here.)
Anna J., who reviewed Cured on Sept. 3, wrote, "Cured offers some tasty deals both with their cocktail concoctions and delicious foods. Their charcuterie platter is amazing and big enough to share. The cocktails hit the spot, especially during these hot summer days."
2. Soho Wine & Martini Bar

Next up is downtown's SoHo Wine & Martini Bar, situated at 214 W. Crockett St. With 4.5 stars out of 424 reviews on Yelp, the lounge, cocktail bar and jazz and blues spot has proven to be a local favorite.
It serves up specialty cocktails, like the Samoa Girl Scout Cookie, Pork 'N Fork, Cucumber Fresca, Orange Blossom, Carrot Cake Tini and more.
Yelper Oliver B., who visited on Aug. 12, said, "Soho is the best bar in San Antonio. The brisket bourbon is amazing. I also love the Peanut Butter Delight cocktail. The bartenders are very talented and super friendly. If you are downtown, you have to stop by Soho for a drink or two."
3. 1919

Southtown's 1919, located at 1420 S. Alamo, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the lounge and cocktail bar 4.5 stars out of 272 reviews.
Serving up beers, spirits, wines and cigars in addition to cocktails, you'll see signature drinks like the Without a Trace (absinthe, bourbon, Amaro Nonino, honey and fresh lemon juice), the Runaway Willard (lavender-infused bourbon with peach and elderflower liqueurs) and the Jack Strap (Applejack whiskey, Cruzan Black Strap rum, Benedictine, orange liqueur and Peychaud's bitters). 4. Bohanan's Prime Steak and Seafood

Bohanan's Prime Steak and Seafood is another go-to, with four stars out of 632 Yelp reviews. Head downtown to the first floor bar at 219 E. Houston St. to see for yourself.
Cocktails include the Jimmy Roosevelt (cognac, green chartreuse, refined sugar, angostura bitters and champagne), the Marie Antoinette (white rum, lemon juice, sugar, cacao and raspberries), the Don Lockwood (peated scotch, bourbon, maple syrup, chocolate bitters and orange peel) and the Gershwin (bourbon, lemon juice, honey, ginger and rose water).
