Poke fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Located at 1573 S. Colorado Blvd. in Southeast Denver, the newcomer is called Poke Concept.

Signature poke bowls include the Fire Poke (tuna, salmon, Thai chili peppers and more), the Octo Bowl (octopus, edamame and crab salad with garlic ponzu) and the Hawaiian Spam (Spam, avocado, tamago and sweet soy sauce). You're also welcome to design your own bowl. (See the menu here.) Finish any meal with a Dole Whip ice cream.

With a five-star rating out of 16 reviews on Yelp so far, Poke Concept has been warmly received by patrons.

Yelper Brandon D., who reviewed it on September 10, wrote, "Exceptional food — if you're looking for something that is fresh, healthy and, most importantly, tasty! With a variety of fish to choose from (vegan options as well), carbs (white, coconut rice, kelp), sauces and toppings, you can customize your very own concept bowl to your own liking."

Mary W. noted, "Great food and friendly service. Staff was patient and did a fantastic job explaining how to build our bowl. Flavors were amazing and the Dole Whip was the perfect way to end a great meal!"
