A new unisex barber shop and hair salon has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 2739 Riverside Blvd. in Land Park, the fresh arrival is called Revelry Barber & Salon, and comes from the same team behind next-door sister establishment Reclamare Tattoo.
The salon offers styling for clients of all ages and both sexes, from shaves to cuts to coloring, as well as services like waxing and facial treatments.
You can check out the business's website for a full description of services like The Works Shave, which features an activated charcoal peel, a hydrating mask, a scalp massage, a steam towel, two applications of hot lather and two shaves.
With a five-star rating out of 10 reviews on Yelp so far, the newcomer seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Yelper E. B., who reviewed the new spot on September 1, wrote, "Amazing vibes here at the Rev! Emily, Melissa and Chavez are so professional and fun."
And Madi H. added, "[Emily] was so friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted. I was intimidated going in, but everyone there was very welcoming and kind. My undercut turned out amazing and everyone else came out looking fresh as well."
