New to 10503 NE Fourth St. downtown is Evergreens Salad, a counter-service spot to score salads and grain bowls. Now with 11 locations around the Seattle area, including an outpost in the Bellevue City Center Plaza, the eatery offers a variety of healthful fare.
Look for notable menu options like The Super Bowl with quinoa, arugula, turkey, tomatoes, almonds and herb pesto; and the Rice Rice Baby with brown rice, spinach, napa cabbage, carrots, red peppers, snap peas and teriyaki glaze. Add chicken to any bowl for an additional $3. You can also build your own bowl.
Bowl Gogi

Bowl Gogi is a casual Korean eatery that recently opened downtown at 500 108th Ave. NE.
The restaurant offers the choice between two main menu options: bowlgogi and bibimbop. Bowlgogi features more meat while bibimbop offers more veggies. Both meals are piled on top of a base of white rice, brown rice or salad and diners can choose between beef, spicy pork, chicken and salmon. Tamarindos Indian Restaurant

Wander over to 15100 SE 38th St., Suite 305A, in Eastgate Plaza and you'll find Tamarindos Indian Restaurant. The vegetarian-friendly spot offers veggie appetizers and entrees as well as samosas, Indo-Chinese plates, chef specialties and more.
On the menu, offerings include boneless chicken kebabs marinated in yogurt, mint, coriander and methi leaves; a fried whole tava fish with tamarind paste, spices, chiles and tomato; and kadi chaval, a popular rice dish native to India. Weekend specials, desserts and kids' meals round out the menu.
Woods Coffee

Woods Coffee has opened a new drive-through shop at 625 116th Ave. NE in Hotel 116. The growing regional chain, which has a roastery and 19 shops, also has locations in Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square.
The new addition features free Wi-Fi, a semi-private meeting space and an outdoor patio with fireplace, the business says on its website.
Caffeinated beverages like freshly brewed coffee, mochas and americanos are on offer. Hungry? Look for sandwiches like turkey havarti, chicken salad and baked goods to pair with your drink.
