GM RenCen Rooftop Yoga

The Renaissance Center is hosting a free rooftop yoga class on Wednesday, atop the Beaubien Place Garage. Limited yoga mats are available, or you can bring your own. There are no changing spaces on the rooftop, so participants should also change into workout clothes before attending.

4th annual Battle for Bunyan Bar Crawl

The night before the University of Michigan vs. Michigan State football game, both teams collaborate on a bar crawl benefiting the Autism Alliance of Michigan.
Tickets include a long-sleeve or short-sleeve T-shirt indicating support for one team or the other and the ability to skip lines into the designated bars.

Paul Demick Marimba Concert

Marimba specialist Paul Demick will perform at the main branch of the Detroit Public Library on Saturday afternoon. In addition to playing classical pieces on the marimba, he will share interesting facts about the instrument, the composers and their compositions.

Ott and the Last Night In Sweden Tour

British ambient dubstep musician and producer Ott will headline performances by Spaceship Earth, Nick Holden and Kaya, among others, on the Last Night In Sweden Tour at Leland City Club.
Ott has been an engineer and producer for Brian Eno, The Orb and others, but is best known for the early 2000s psychedelic dub albums Blumenkraft and Hallucinogen In Dub.
