Topping the list is Billy's Downtown Diner. Located at 10 E. Broad St., the cozy daytime eatery is the highest-rated diner in Bethlehem, boasting four stars out of 225 reviews on Yelp. Established in 2000, the restaurant opened a second location in Allentown five years ago.
Stop by for breakfast or lunch, with menu offerings like pancakes, eggs Benedict, sandwiches and salads. Try the South Side grits layered with two eggs over easy, home fries and creamy goat cheese, or the pastrami stack on a pretzel roll with melted pepper jack cheese and sliced banana peppers.
