Craving tacos? You're in luck: a new business has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The Denver newcomer, called BorraCho Tacos, is located at 42 S. Broadway. It has another location at Avanti Food & Beverage.
Putting down roots at the location formerly occupied by Cho77, BorraCho offers diners more than just tacos. Guests can try three kinds of ceviche, tempura-battered avocado fries or a Sour Patch Kids-themed margarita, with a sour lime and sugar-adorned rim.
With a four-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, BorraCho Tacos has made a promising start.
John N., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 8, wrote, "Good selection of tacos, but not overwhelming. I had The BorraCho, which was braised short rib with sweet onion, Swiss queso and pickle chili. Also tried the pork tamales, and they were delicious, delicate and flavorful."
And Yelper Janet D. added, "The murals are so colorful on their walls. The tacos are pricey, but tasty. Service is friendly and fast."
Intrigued? Stop in to try these eats and drinks for yourself. BorraCho Tacos is open from 5–9 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, 5–10 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 5–11 p.m. on Friday, 2–11 p.m. on Saturday, and 2–9 p.m. on Sunday.
