Here's a Halloween costume contest that's for you and your dog. The Howl-O-Ween 2018 costume contest includes participation treats, a photo booth, dog-themed Halloween movies and half-priced drinks till 8 p.m. Contest participants will be judged for the best human/dog costume combo.
