Got a need for antiques?
Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top antique hot spots in San Antonio, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to venture for everything from rare memorabilia to midcentury modern furniture.
1. Architectural Antiques

Topping the list is Dignowity Hill's Architectural Antiques. Located at 403 Dawson St., it's the highest-rated antique store in San Antonio, with Yelpers giving it five stars out of 10 reviews.
Located in the original Budweiser building, the 20,000-square-foot warehouse is full of salvaged architectural items, which are cleaned, repaired and restored before hitting the sales floor. Items include light fixtures, doors, fireplace mantels, pedestal sinks, clawfoot bathtubs, ceiling tiles, iron fencing and more.
Yelp reviewer Eric F. wrote, "There is nothing to compare this place to. They are a very singular experience in salvaged architectural features. A literal collection of door knobs, doors panels, railings, appliances, shelving, supporting features, etc. The warehouse is cavernous and inspiring. Anyone with good memories of early 20th century and earlier homes would enjoy a tour of Architectural Antiques."
2. Yeya's Antiques & Oddities

Over on San Antonio's East Side, check out Yeya's Antiques & Oddities, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 20 reviews on Yelp. You can find the home and garden spot, which offers antiques and more, at 1423 E. Commerce.
Sprawled over a large outdoor area and inside various sheds, you'll find antiques, hidden gems and various salvaged items, including industrial metalwork, vintage carnival pieces, garden decor, art and more.
Yelper Briana P. said, "This place is very cool! Even if you have no intention of buying anything, it is fun to walk through and look at all of the interesting stuff. You can spend a ton of time here and you leave feeling more inspired and creative. The owner is very nice as well."
3. Mod Pad Modern Furniture

And then there's Mod Pad Modern Furniture, a Westfort Alliance favorite with 4.5 stars out of 15 reviews. Stop by 2615 Broadway to hit up the store for vintage furniture.
The store offers a constantly changing selection of midcentury modern furniture and decor. It carries American and Danish designer pieces from the likes of Milo Baughman, Adrian Pearsall, Karl Springer, Edward Wormley and others. Besides furniture, you can find art, lighting and more.
Kelly Lopez L. wrote, "I just love this place. True midcentury modern furniture here. Name brands and hardwoods that are only going to increase in value over the years. The owner just loves his shop and you can tell with the care he puts into it everyday."
