We took a data-driven look at the question, using Yelp to discover which local businesses have been seeing especially high review volumes this month.
To find out who made the list, we looked at Denver businesses on Yelp by category and counted how many reviews each received. Rather than compare them based on number of reviews alone, we calculated a percentage increase in reviews over the past month.

Concourse Restaurant Moderne

Open since May 2017, this modern spot that serves seasonally focused American cuisine is trending compared to other businesses categorized as "American (New)" on Yelp.
Citywide, New American restaurants saw review counts increase by a median of 2.2 percent over the past month, but Concourse Restaurant Moderne saw an 8.6 percent increase, with a slight downward trend from a 4.5-star rating a month ago to four stars today.
Located at 10195 E. 29th Drive, Suite 140, in Stapleton, Concourse Restaurant Moderne offers dishes such as the roasted half chicken with vegetable medley and apple cider sauce; the diver dcallops with sesame spaeztle and ginger beurre blanc; and the grilled Duroc pork loin with Venetian rice and leek fondue. Cafe Miriam

Whether or not you've been hearing buzz about City Park West's Cafe Miriam, the creperie and breakfast and brunch spot is a hot topic according to Yelp review data.
While businesses categorized as "Breakfast & Brunch" on Yelp increased their review counts by a median of 2.3 percent over the past month, Cafe Miriam bagged an 11.6 percent increase in reviews within that timeframe, maintaining an impressive five-star rating.
There's more that's trending on Denver's breakfast and brunch scene: Revelry Kitchen has seen a 5.7 percent increase in reviews.
Established in June 2017 by a father-daughter duo at 2217 E. 21st Ave., Cafe Miriam offers sweet and savory crêpes, pastries and espresso drinks in an artsy space with a few seats outside.
FNG Restaurant

West Highland's FNG Restaurant is also making waves. Open since December 2017 at 3940 W. 32nd Ave., the traditional American spot with a rock 'n' roll motif has seen a 12.2 percent bump in reviews over the last month, compared to a median review increase of 2.8 percent for all businesses tagged "American (Traditional)" on Yelp.
The menu at FNG Restaurant features grilled meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans; an oak-grilled fish sandwich with citrus cabbage slaw; and the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, green chili, country gravy and green beans.
