If you've got Chinese cuisine on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. Called Nuodle, the fresh arrival is located at 14603 NE 20th St., Suite 06B, in Bellevue.

The eatery specializes in soups made with Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles and beef. Customize your bowl by selecting which noodle you prefer (angel hair, thin, normal, thick).

Cold menu options include mixed napa cabbage with tofu and spicy sauced chicken thigh. Sides include crispy beef patty, sliced seaweed with garlic dressing and pickled radish skin.

Yelper Di Z. wrote, "Overall the service is OK. Food is what I had in China before, I am pretty satisfied and the wait time could be shorter in the future!"

Calvin C. added, "This place is legit. All you need to do is look at the kitchen and you'll know. Their broth pots are huge! It's all fresh and it shows in the flavor."

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Nuodle is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m. on weekends.
