A new Russian bakery has opened for business in the neighborhood. The newcomer to downtown, called Piroshky Piroshky, is located at 1501 Fourth Ave.
The Seattle chain's fifth location is in the Century Square food court, with a street-facing pick-up window. Enjoy a variety of sweet, meat and vegetable piroshkis, which are hand-held pies stuffed with fillings.
With a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival has made a promising start.
A. Leona H., who reviewed the new spot on Oct. 24, wrote, "I got a salmon piroshky and it had a good ratio of filling. I've been going to the original location for years when in town but that one often has a line. This one is so convenient: in addition to being inside the food court, there is also a walk-up window on Third."
Head on over to check it out: Piroshky Piroshky is open from 7 a.m.–6 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. on weekends.
