Fitbit Local Halloween HIIT

Come partake in a cardio-blasting high-intensity interval training workout before you hit the sweets for Halloween. The class will be instructed by Fitbit local ambassador Kevin Ng and costumes are encouraged. All levels are welcome and one lucky participant will win the all-new Fitbit Charge 3.

2018 Where's Waldo 5k

Dress up as your favorite Waldo character and enjoy a fun walk/run through Green Lake Park. The event is not officially timed, features a relatively flat course and will go down rain or shine. Run at your own pace and get out of the house this Sunday.

Seattle University Redhawks Men's Soccer

Head over to Seattle University and root on the defending Western Athletic Conference champion Redhawks as they take on the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley. The school has recently produced professional prospects such as Alex Roldan, now playing for the Seattle Sounders at CenturyLink Field. Coach Peter Fewing is now in his 25th season at the helm of the team and has become a legend in the Seattle soccer scene.
