POV LIVE featuring The Visions

First, enjoy a free show from Brooklyn-based band The Visions. Formed from the ashes of Shook, they will play their mix of soul, pop and funk at POV, the rooftop bar at the top of the W Hotel. Specialty cocktails will be on hand.

Golf Lexapro and Dolly Spartans at Songbyrd 

On Saturday, Songbyrd Record Cafe and Music House hosts Golf Lexapro for a free concert. The quartet, which records on the Fluorescent Thought label, plays jangly indie rock. They will be joined by fellow New Yorkers and garage pop band Dolly Spartans.

Can We Talk? – R&B dance party at Red Rocks

Finally, H Street's Red Rocks Neapolitan Bistro will host an R&B dance party. Entry is free until 11 p.m. with an RSVP. DJ Cuzzin B will provide the music. Red Rocks features three bars, a heated rooftop and a dance floor.
