Sushi I recently opened at 2242 N.W. Market St. in Ballard. So far, it's been well-received: it's got a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Expect sushi rolls, entrees, soups and salads. Notable rolls include the Ballard Roll with tuna, avocado, scallion, salmon and truffle oil; the Super Duper with avocado, scallions, eel, shrimp tempura and tuna; and the Happiness with seared beef, cream cheese, avocado, shrimp tempura and avocado. 

Willmott's Ghost

Willmott's Ghost is an Italian spot, offering pizza and desserts. You can find it at 2100 Sixth Ave. inside the Amazon Spheres. It comes courtesy of award-winning chef Renee Erickson, Eater Seattle reports. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available. Stop by in the morning for olive oil cake and an espresso or macchiato; at lunchtime for some pizza, a panini or a freshly tossed salad; and in the evening for entrees such as a T-bone steak or clams with fennel. The Hart and The Hunter

The Hart and The Hunter is a Southern restaurant at 111 Pine St. in the Palihotel Seattle. This new brick-and-mortar location is its second, with the first in Los Angeles.

The eatery serves up upscale fare with options such as blackened shrimp; raw oysters; a smoked salmon board; and shareable buttered biscuits. Take a look at the restaurant's website for more information.
