Topping the list is Vietnamese spot Pho Ha Long. Located at 6424 N.W. Loop 410, Suite 104, it's the highest rated business in the neighborhood, boasting four stars out of 336 reviews on Yelp.
The eatery offers various dishes, including pho, vermicelli bowls and other Vietnamese dishes, such as beef stew with rice, fried rice with chicken, pork and shrimp and the fried quail. Rice plates are also available, plus boba teas and more.

They also sell many other items, such as raspas, fruit cups, corn in a cup, nachos with jalapeños and a favorite for everyone: Hot Cheetos with cheese."
