Carolina Hemp Hut is a cannabis clinic and herbal shop, offering vitamins, supplements and more, that's located in the Streets at Southpoint at 6910 Fayetteville Road.

"The mall kiosk sells cannabidiol, or CBD, products," according to The News and Observer, which says the compound "is said to have holistic healing properties." The store features everything from CBD-infused cake pops to a tincture for pets. 

People's Coffee

People's Coffee has opened up shop at 7830 Highway 751, Suite 100. It offers drip coffee, pour-overs and espressos, including a chocolate latte and cortado. 

Yelper Jaehee Y., who reviewed the shop, wrote, "I got the vanilla latte and it was so tasty.  ... They have plenty of parking, good lighting, good music and just good stuff."

    Uncle Julio's is a Mexican and Tex-Mex chain that's opened a new location at 8030 Renaissance Parkway, Building K. Stop by for the swirl margaritas, guacamole that's made tableside and grilled fajitas.

    Yelper Linh T. reviewed the restaurant and said, "Coming from Texas, there was a significant lack of good Mexican food here in Durham. ... When I saw Uncle Julio's, I was excited to finally get decent Tex-Mex here in Durham. The tortillas here are like the ones back in Texas and the fajita skirt steak is delicious."

    Head over to 111 Orange St. in Central Park for Japanese restaurant M Tempura, part of the collection of restaurants by chef Michael Lee.

    According to its website, the eatery serves omakase-style tempura featuring seasonal vegetables, seafood and meats like Iberico pork from Spain.

    Yelper Adam B. wrote, "I really enjoyed the concept, and the tempura course used a very light batter and just added a nice crunch and bit of texture to the selections. ... Service was right on top of everything."
