Glorioso's doubles as a grocery store and deli with butcher meats and hot ready-made food. Peruse its aisles for staples like pasta, tomato sauce and coffee or opt for its signature sandwiches, pizza, pasta, flatbreads, soups, salads and sides.

2. Riverwest Co-op & Café

Next up is Riverwest's Riverwest Co-op & Café, situated at 733 E. Clarke St. With 4.5 stars out of 132 reviews on Yelp, the grocery store has proven to be a local favorite.
This natural food and café offers organic, local and fair-trade food products, along with vegetarian and vegan ready-made food items. Look for its vegan "tuna" melt sandwich or plant-based Philly cheesesteak.
