Next up is Pike Market's The Crumpet Shop, situated at 1503 First Ave. (between Pike and Pine streets). With 4.5 stars out of 2,093 reviews on Yelp, the bakery and breakfast and brunch spot, serving coffee and tea and more, has proven to be a local favorite.
Established in 1976, this family owned and operated business has been serving up authentic crumpets with coffee and tea from Asia for more than 40 years. Crumpets are served with choice of topping or flavor. Notable options include crumpets with butter, honey, chocolate hazelnut and more.
