Willmott's Ghost is a restaurant inside the Amazon Spheres that offers Italian fare, pizza and desserts. It comes courtesy of award-winning chef Renee Erickson, Eater Seattle reports. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available. Try the chicken liver mousse with fried sage and bread; a potato pizza with olive oil and mozzarella; or a half chicken cooked under brick with slow-roasted veggies. Check out the website for a full list of offerings. 

Willmott's Ghost has a current Yelp rating of 3.5 stars out of seven reviews. 

Yelper Christian S., who reviewed the new establishment on Nov. 11, wrote, "Oh my gosh this place was delicious for lunch. Another winner by Renee Erickson. The porchetta panini was juicy, crispy and all kinds of amazing."

Latifa S. noted, "Yum! And fun! Dining inside the sphere? Drinks? And Italian? Sign me up. The place is gorgeous. Open kitchen. Open sphere. Love."

Willmott's Ghost is open from 8 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and 4–10 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)

G.H. Pasta Co. offers a fast-casual alternative to upscale Italian fare. It comes from chef Brian Clevenger (also of Le Messe, Raccolto and others), Eater Seattle reports

Expect menu choices like fried oysters with black pepper and lemon; bucatini with Manila clams, Fresno chiles and white wine; and gemelli with braised pork and chili flakes. For vegetarians, there's the fusilli with pesto, walnuts and root vegetables. 

Yelpers are excited about G.H. Pasta Co., which currently holds 4.5 stars out of 19 reviews on the site.

Sheryl K., who reviewed the eatery on Nov. 11, wrote, "If you don't have time for a full-on, sit-down Italian meal, this place is your spot. It's a fairly small eatery near the Amazon Spheres."

Yelper Tara L. wrote, "Great new lunch place downtown and for a great price. Everything here is under $10, which includes pastas, appetizers and drinks.

G.H. Pasta Co. is open from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. daily.

Swan Healthy Gourmet

Swan Healthy Gourmet is serving up shaved ice, smoothies and teas. Look for favorites such as the mango slushy, banana smoothie or the signature Pike Place Sunset drink with grapefruit and jasmine tea. 

Hungry? This spot also has a number of snacks to choose from, including veggie wraps, dumpling salads, rice bowls, fruit cups and granola bars. Here's the menu. 

Swan Healthy Gourmet's current rating of 3.5 stars out of seven reviews on Yelp indicates the newcomer is finding its way, but it's still early days.

Yelper Tammy N. wrote, "I've been here several times with my boyfriend. I believe it's a mom-and-pop shop. The people in here are absolutely humble and welcoming. My favorite go-to item is the Honeydew and Mango Snow Cone."

Swan Healthy Gourmet is open from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays, 1–6 p.m. on Saturday and 1–4 p.m. on Sunday.
