CrossFit Muse
1354 Margo St., Downtown

The 5,000-square-foot CrossFit Muse recently opened its doors downtown with brand-new equipment and experienced coaches.

Yelpers are excited about the new interval training gym, which currently holds five stars out of four reviews on the site.
Laura W., who reviewed it on Oct. 20, wrote, "It's a clean and organized space with new and quality equipment. Solid, positive and encouraging coaches. The owners care about the member experience."
And Yelper Joseph S. wrote, "Their programming is fun and challenging. They have an awesome space with top-of-the-line equipment. The coaches really care about quality over quantity."
CrossFit Muse is open from 6 a.m.–7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–11 a.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
HIIT 11

HIIT 11 specializes in 45-minute low-impact circuit training classes, which cater to all fitness and experience levels.

With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp, HIIT 11 has been getting positive attention.
Yelper Rachael S., who reviewed the gym on Oct. 9, wrote, "What a phenomenal class! The class goes by so fast, the coaching is excellent, and you feel like a million bucks afterwards."

HIIT 11 is open from 6 a.m.–8 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.–11 a.m. on Friday, and 8 a.m.–11 a.m. on weekends.
DogTown Valley

DogTown Valley focuses on strength and conditioning, whether you are looking to get in shape or are an experienced fitness enthusiast.
