Now open at 14603 N.E. 20th St., Suite 06B, in the Bellevue Marketplace is Nuodle. The Chinese eatery specializes in soups made with Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles and beef. Diners can customize their bowl by selecting the thickness of their noodles (angel hair, thin, normal and thick). 

Cold menu options include mixed napa cabbage with tofu and spicy sauced chicken thigh. Sides include a crispy beef patty, sliced seaweed with garlic dressing and pickled radish skin. 

Mercurys Coffee Co.

Mercurys Coffee Co. has opened a new shop at 13102 N.E. 20th St. The business started as a drive-through stand in Woodinville and is now pouring coffee at several Eastside locations.

Expect caffeinated favorites like nitro cold brew, pour overs and espresso. Hungry? Look for a variety of pastries and breads to munch on. There's a food menu consisting of sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, quiches and more. Bring your work with you if you must: free Wi-Fi is available.

Stop by 2217 140th Ave. NE in the Bridle Trails neighborhood and you'll find Twilight 7 Asian Dining & Karaoke Lounge, a bar and karaoke spot serving up Chinese fare and libations. This joint has recently reopened under new ownership and has an updated menu and karaoke rooms.
