Topping the list is Seoul Food Meat Company. Located at 1400 S. Church St., Suite A, in the South End, it is the highest rated Korean restaurant in Charlotte, boasting four stars out of 819 reviews on Yelp.

The Korean fusion barbecue restaurant is serving up crispy pork belly, hickory pulled pork, soy pork spare ribs, chicken wings and more. Round out your meal with sides such as kimchi mayo slaw, pimento corn cheese and bao buns. 

2. Let's Meat Kbbq

Located next door to Seoul Food Meat Company is Let's Meat Kbbq, situated at 1400 S. Church St., Suite B. With 4.5 stars out of 154 reviews on Yelp, the Korean spot has proved to be a local favorite.

Established in 2016, Let's Meat Kbbq provides all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue. The menu also features a wide variety of meats and ban-chan (side dishes).

Yelper Mia S. wrote, "The flavor of the meats was out of this world! I was a fan of the minimal portion size, which gave us a chance to try almost everything on the menu. There were a variety of ban-chan options including bean sprouts, tofu and kimchi."      

 3. Hibiscus

Entree specialties include Grandma’s Bibimbap (vegetable medley, beef, chili paste and egg) and bulgogi (marinated beef and rice). The menu also offers a variety of sushi selections and cocktails.

Check out Bulgogi Box, which has earned four stars out of 122 reviews on Yelp. You can find the Korean spot at 1750 Camden Road, Suite 104, in South End.

Bulgogi Box specializes in Korean-style barbecue. On the menu, look for the beef or pork bulgogi, served with onions, rice and Asian coleslaw, or the Korean fried chicken bowl topped with a soft-boiled egg. 

Yelper Am S. wrote, "I love Korean bulgogi meat and everything on their menu makes me happy. I got the spicy pork bowl and opted for the hot bowl."

Established in 1995, China Wing offers a variety of Korean barbecue dishes and appetizers, including a kimchee pancake, a street food platter and spicy beef and squid.
