Written by Pulitzer Prize finalist Rajiv Joseph, "Guards at the Taj" was dubbed an "ingenious piece of theater" by the Washington Post.
Set in India circa 1968, the play explores the friendship of two imperial guards assigned to protect the Taj Mahal. Ultimately, the story examines the meaning of beauty and the cost of transcendence in a confused world. This production is recommended for ages 12 and up.
