Girls Run the Field 2018

This women-only event is a gridiron-inspired boot camp that will challenge the whole body. Anticipate strength, cardio and agility work. Led by former college athletes and NFL players, you will leave this event feeling energized and unstoppable. All fitness levels welcome to participate.

Fitbit Local Sweat and Stretch

Kevin Ng and Katie Kelly will lead a pre-holiday bodyweight boot camp and yoga class to get you ready for holiday festivities and eating. Participants will start with 30 minutes of body strengthening followed by 30 minutes of yoga flow. Refreshments will be served after the event. Bring your yoga mat and a good pair of tennis shoes.
