There's a brand-new sushi bar in town. Located at 2121 N. Westmoreland St. in Arlington-East Falls, the fresh addition is called Yume Sushi.
This spot serves signature rolls like the After Rain Roll which includes tuna, salmon, white fish, asparagus and avocado wrapped soy paper (click here to view the full menu). There are also items off the tasting and starter portion of the menu such as miso soup and spicy sashimi salad with assorted raw fish, cucumbers and tomato salsa.
The new sushi bar has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Jackie S., who posted a review on Dec. 25, wrote, “The quality of the food is one of the best in the area. My favorites were the spicy miso with crab, the Yume roll and the creamy scallop. The salmon belly nigiri was delicious also with the smoked salmon.”
And Tram T. added, "I got the spicy miso soup with scallops, yellow tail and jalepeno as appetizers. For the specialty rolls, I ordered the Krazy Monkey, Mexican roll and creamy scallop roll. All three rolls were amazing."
