Stop in and say hello: Japong Bakery is open from 9 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 9 a.m.–8 p.m. on Sunday.
Chick-fil-A
1401 Research Blvd.

Chick-fil-A is a new spot to score fast food chicken and more. This is one the national chain's latest outposts.
The national chain restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the morning, it serves breakfast sandwiches, some of which include chicken, and offers chicken sandwiches, wraps, nuggets, salads and fries in the afternoon and evening. Wash your meal down with some lemonade or a milkshake. (To view the full menu, click here.)
The new spot is off to an uneven start with Yelpers so far, but it's still early days.
Diana D., who reviewed it on Nov. 2, said, "Slowest service ever. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Going through the drive-thru took 45 minutes! It took 15 minutes just to reach the area to order (our mistake was not backing out and leaving) and then another 30 waiting in the line of cars to pay and get our food. Absolutely ridiculous."
Ana P. noted, "I think this Chick-fil-A is great! They are new and trying very hard to please the community they serve. Mobile ordering is encouraged as this location gets fairly packed during the regular peak times. "
The new location is open from 6 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday-Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
