Gregorys Coffee
1101 Connecticut Ave. NW, Downtown

Gregorys Coffee has a new outlet downtown.
This is the fourth D.C. branch for the New York-based cafe that is perhaps best known for offering to add CBD oil -- the hemp-derived compound touted for pain and anxiety-reduction properties -- to any of its coffee drinks. Those drinks include both house-roasted blends and rotating single-origin options.
Gregorys also offers its made-from-scratch-daily donuts, muffins and cookies.
With a 4.5-star Yelp rating out three reviews, Gregorys Coffee has been getting positive attention.
Greg S. noted, "This is a great new coffee shop near the metro station. You can order ahead if you download the app. The coffee was fresh and the staff was friendly."
Gregorys Coffee is open from 6 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m.–4 p.m. on weekends.
Bluestone Lane
99 M St. SE, Capitol Hill

Bluestone Lane has opened in the Navy Yard.
This store is somewhat smaller than outlets in other parts of the city. The rapidly-expanding Australian-inspired coffeehouse chain is known for its “wellness lattes,” with options like matcha, the turmeric-infused Golden Latte and a beet latte with almond milk and dehydrated beet powder. You'll also find Aussie coffee drinks like the flat white and long black.
When it comes to food, there are baked goods, several toasts (avocado, salmon and lox), and heathy bowls based on oatmeal, grains or greens.
Yelp users are generally positive about Bluestone Lane, which currently holds four stars out of four reviews on the site.
Yelper Austin G., who reviewed Bluestone Lane on December 7, wrote, "My latte was great. It's a darker roast than I am used to, but still very good and smooth."
Bluestone Lane is open from 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. daily.
Capital One Café
732 Seventh St. NW, Downtown

This new spot is equal parts café, co-working space and bank branch. Anyone is welcome, but Capital One cardholders get a discount on the Peet's Coffee. There is free Wi-Fi and a variety of solo and group seating arrangements.
Capital One staff members are also on hand to provide financial advice and answer questions about accounts.
