If you're looking for a restaurant that's serving up Colorado-inspired eats, a recent opening is need-to-know. Located at 650 15th St. in the Central Business District, the fresh arrival is called Former Saint Craft Kitchen and Taps.
The restaurant, located in the Hyatt Regency Denver, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the menu, look for lamb lollipops, grilled salmon, mushroom ravioli, and more.
With a four-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Brenda H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on November 29, wrote, "The ambience and decor is stunning, the service and friendliness of the staff is on point, and the food was truly perfection!"
Yelper Kate I. added, "I had the seasonal chopped salad and the Prime Porterhouse. It was perfectly cooked, juicy, and melted in my mouth. To end the meal I ordered the Spiced Brown Betty."
