A new sushi bar and teppanyaki spot, offering ramen and more, has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Kabuto, the fresh arrival is located at 1 Choice Hotel Circle, R 200 in Town Center.
Choose from a menu of ramen, sushi and sashimi, hibachi, soup and salad. Expect to see items such as sea urchin, yellowtail, white tuna, eel, shrimp, salmon, octopus and crab for the a sushi and sashimi selection. Craving ramen? Then try the Yaki Udon, it’s a Japanese thick udon noodle that’s pan fried with shrimp, kani, fish cake and mixed vegetables. If opting for hibachi, the choices range from chicken and New York Steak to lobster and salmon. Pick one or make it a combination plate like the Kabuto deluxe which has filet mignon, lobster tail and scallops.
With a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, the new arrival is getting solid feedback from clientele.
Yelper Hannah S. stated, "I came here during the soft opening. The noodles were tender and the soup was very tasty. Afterwards, we ordered the cheesecake tempura and it was one of the best desserts I've had at a restaurant."
