2. Frederick's Bistro

According to the restaurant website, chef and owner Frederick Costa received formal training in Paris. The menu is a fusion of French and Asian cuisine, featuring phở, duck liver mousse, and fresh calf liver.

Last but not least, check out Frederick's Restaurant, which has earned four stars out of 43 reviews on Yelp. The sister restaurant to Frederick's Bistro, Frederick's Restaurant opened in 2000.
