Bison in CLT: Holiday Party & Toy Drive
The Howard University Alumni Club of Charlotte is holding its annual holiday party and toy drive on Wednesday at Hickory Tavern. All unwrapped new toys will be donated to Florence Crittenton, an organization aimed at providing healthcare and other services for young at-risk and pregnant teens.
When: Wednesday, Dec. 19, 6-9 p.m.

Christmas N Candyland (Ms. Claus)
On Saturday, look for the Christmas N' Candy Land Tour at Victory Lane Indoor Karting. In addition to free Candy Land bags, Santa will be onsite to take pictures with children and family members. Guests can also look forward to a holiday market with local vendors and a toy giveaway.
Victory Lane Indoor Karting's regularly scheduled activities, which include bowling, go-kart riding and gaming, will also be availabl during the entire event.

2018 Queen City Christmas Expo
Lastly, the 2018 Queen City Christmas Expo is being held Saturday at The Carole Hoefener Center. The holiday extravaganza features pictures with Santa, a toy giveaway and kids activities, including a candy cane hunt. Adults can also look for last-minute gifts with goods from more than 20 local vendors, entertainment and food options.
