Topping the list is ROOST Uncommon Kitchen. Located at 35 W. Market St., the comfort food spot is the highest rated breakfast and brunch restaurant in York, boasting 4.5 stars out of 79 reviews on Yelp.

The spot is known for its lunchtime cheesesteak sandwiches, but also offers breakfast options like the French Toast Sandwich with egg and either sausage or bacon; the two egg platter with home fries or grits, plus toast; and various omelets with ham, bacon or sausage filling.
