South L.A. Gets Fit 2019

Join the Special Needs Network and Anthem Blue Cross Foundation for the first meet-up of the 12-month Nutrition, Training and Empowerment Program. This program is free and designed to encourage health and wellness throughout the South LA community.
Benefits of the program include certified trainers, healthy meal preparation tips and a personalized health and fitness program. Registration for the first run starts at 7:15 a.m.

FitspoLA
FitspoLA, a fitness, health and wellness event, takes over The Bloc. The half-day event features a yoga class and a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class, as well as fitness and wellness pop-up shops, food and beverage samples, apparel and training equipment and more.
Trunk Club, a Nordstrom company, will have an area for relaxing and a braid bar.
