Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse is a beer and cocktail bar, offering burgers and more. Located near the U.S. Bank Stadium, the new restaurant offers a menu of burgers, appetizers and dessert pies that are inspired by the food that is served at the State Fair.

During a game, grab the likes of a basket of chicken chicharrones (Tennessee hot chicken skins with spicy honey and house made onion dip), or try one of the signature burgers, like the brisket barbecue burger made of blended chuck, brisket and short rib in bourbon barbecue seasonings. There’s also a lighter option, such as the salmon burger flavored with dill.

With a 3.5-star Yelp rating out three reviews, Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse is getting solid feedback.

Yelper Heidi M., who reviewed Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse on Jan. 2, wrote, "I ordered the Thai chicken on greens. It's a dressed cabbage salad (not the typical spring greens mix). I appreciated the crunch and would order it this way again. ... The lemongrass in the burger was really nice too."

Aurora B. noted, "We went here right before the Bears/Vikings game, so it was crowded !I was impressed by how fast we got our food."

Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and Sunday, and 11 a.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Piggy Bank's current Yelp rating of 3.5 stars out of 13 reviews indicates the newcomer is getting solid attention.

Madeline S., who reviewed it on Dec. 29, said, "Minneapolis has a great vegan/vegetarian scene, but it's so great to see a place that isn't super granola having a big veggie menu! This place is cool and hip and their food is so good you won't even miss the meat!"

And John B. wrote, "Love this place! Really great service and good quality food and a price that is more than fair for what you get. I am usually not into vegan food, but it is a great change of pace for my diet."

Piggy Bank is open from 3–11 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m.–2 a.m. on Friday, 11 a.m.–2 a.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m.–11 p.m on Sunday.
