1. Wow Food Cafe
Topping the list is Wow Food Cafe. Located at 222 N. Charles St. downtown, the Chinese café, which also offers coffee, is the highest rated bubble tea shop in Baltimore, boasting 4.5 stars out of 151 reviews on Yelp.
Yelpers rave about the bubble tea's authentic Taiwanese taste; you can adjust options like the type of milk, sugar level and toppings. Among the toppings are unusual choices like coffee pudding or pineapple jelly.

2. Tsaocaa
Next up is Tuscany-Canterbury's TSAOCAA, situated at 4 W. University Parkway With 4.5 stars out of 22 reviews on Yelp, the spot to score bubble tea, juice and smoothies and desserts has proven to be a local favorite.
The selection includes rose oolong milk tea, osmanthus milk tea with boba and more. Guests can dictate the temperature (no ice, less ice, regular ice, hot) and sugar level of their drink, and choose to add a cheese milk foam or matcha foam to the their beverages as well. Midtown's HH Tea, located at 30 W. Biddle St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the spot to score bubble tea and more four stars out of 25 reviews.
