Topping the list is seafood market St. Paul Fish Company, which offers seafood and more. Located at 400 N. Water St. in the Public Market, it's the highest rated business in the neighborhood, boasting 4.5 stars out of 612 reviews on Yelp.
St. Paul Fish Company offers plenty of seafood on its menu, including fried fish, sandwiches, grilled fish dinners, specialty meals and even an oyster bar.
