A new spot to score desserts and more has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Called Chip NYC, the new addition is located at 42-15 Crescent St. in Long Island City.

This dessert spot has three other locations in New York. The eatery also has a program called "Chip In," volunteering and donating cookies to various charities.

Choose between a variety of homemade cookies like oatmeal apple pie, blueberry cheesecake, cookies n' cream and more.

The fresh addition has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Greg M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on January 20, wrote, "This is one of the best cookies in New York. My favorites are the oatmeal apple pie and blueberry cheesecake."

Head on over to check it out: Chip NYC is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
