Winston's Pub & Grill is a pub and British spot, offering fish and chips and more.

Formerly called Baker Street Pub, this spot underwent new ownership and now serves up signature drinks and food, like its oven-baked artichoke dip with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan, served with garlic bread, flatbread and crackers. Also on the menu is Winston's Signature Wagyu burger, a Colorado Wagyu Akaushi beef patty smothered in melted brie, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and white truffle aioli, served on a brioche bun. (View the full menu here.)

The pub also hosts nightly live entertainment, including weekly trivia nights on Tuesdays.

With a 3.5-star rating out of three Yelp reviews thus far, the pub is proving to be a popular spot with locals.

Mike I., who was the first to review it on Dec. 27, wrote, "If you've never been here, you must get here. If you've been a Baker Street fan, you'll love Winston's even more. Hope I see you here! Cheers!"

Yelper Jessica M. added, "Winston's is everything you love about Baker Street, but with way better food, music and overall vibe."

It's open from 11 a.m.–2 a.m. daily.

Ulta Beauty is a hair salon, cosmetics and beauty supply spot.

The chain store carries cosmetic and haircare brands like MAC, Urban Decay, No7 and Drybar, and also provides numerous beauty services at its salon, including hair coloring, facials and waxing. (Check out the full service menu here.)

It's off to an uneven start so far with Yelp reviewers, but it's still early days for the fledgling retail spot.

Yelper Yvonne H., who was the first to review it on Dec. 15, wrote, "I was impressed by the brands and selections here. ... I noticed skincare products that are carried in the big department stores as well. What I found fascinating is that they actually do skincare services and hair services towards the back of the store."

The new store is open from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.

Chuey Fu’s Baja Cantina is a Latin American and Asian fusion spot.

Stop by for Latin-inspired classics like tacos, burritos and ceviche, along with cuisine with Asian twists, like its Korean beef salad, which comes with mixed greens, mandarin oranges, pico de gallo, pickled red onion and chipotle dressing. And don't forget to stop by for happy hour every day from 4–7 p.m. (Check out the full menu here.)

It's off to a strong start with local diners, holding 4.5 stars out of four Yelp reviews so far.

Bee Ling W., who reviewed it on Jan. 5, wrote, "It's eclectic and reminds me of a cantina. Cool vibe. Had the seared ahi salad without the onions. ... Didn't know what to expect, but it was good. The miso dressing was a little salty for me, but the ahi was fresh. It definitely hit the spot."

And Sherree T. said, "They have Churro Waffles, which are essentially fried waffles rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with some sort of chocolate syrup. We added bacon at their suggestion, which came crumbled on top. It was basically crack."

The new eatery has yet to post its hours online.
