Focus Group with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)

First up: Members of the "homeland security community" are invited to help the Office of the Director of National Intelligence bring innovation to the intelligence community. Participants will learn about government efforts to reform the security clearance process, and will be asked to offer their insights into how small businesses can best be engaged in those reforms.

Better Angels Skills Workshop: How to Talk Across the Political Divide

Another free option: This session offered by Better Angels, a bipartisan citizen’s movement dedicated to bringing red and blue Americans together. Participants will learn skills for having respectful conversations with those of differing political perspectives while searching for common ground. The interactive workshop will involve role-playing through challenging conversations and practicing conflict management strategies.

10th Annual World Music and Independent Film Festival Gala & Awards
