Silent Party: Old School vs. New School

Sweat for a Cause: Mary's Place with Live Music

This community workout's proceeds will go to Mary's Place Homeless Shelter. The fitness class will last one hour and will include a combination of high intensity interval training, yoga and pilates. Bring a mat and a water bottle. Drinks and brunch will be available after the conclusion of the event.
