A new Chinese spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new arrival, called Asia Express Hibachi & Wings, is located at 1040 Forestville Road, Suite 128.
Expect a variety of hibachi dishes—chicken, steak, shrimp and more—on the menu. Asia Express Hibachi & Wings offers an assortment of fried chicken plates as well, including wings, strips and drumsticks. You will also find traditional Chinese entrees, such as General Tso's Chicken, being served.
With a three-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, Asia Express Hibachi & Wings has gotten a mixed response from its clientele.
Tykiesha S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Dec. 4, wrote, "I was a little shocked to see red onions in my vegetables, but they did not take away from the dish. I was also pleasantly surprised to find peas and carrots in my fried rice. I really enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls. Overall, I would definitely visit this place again."
Yelper Mike B. added, “The grilled chicken is served over a nice assortment of vegetables including broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and carrots. The entree is accompanied by a nice scoop of fried rice and a side of 'yum yum' sauce. It's a generous portion, and we took more than half home. ”
