A new Thai spot has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Located at 445 Albee Square West in Downtown Brooklyn, the new arrival is called Chicks Isan.

This new eatery is from the owners of Fish Cheeks, another Thai restaurant in New York focused on seafood.

On the menu, you'll find a large selection of Thai dishes like a gluten free larb mu, which is minced pork tossed with herbs and topped with ground toasted sticky rice. A variety of different salads and appetizers, like fried chicken wings with chili and lime, are also available.

Chicks Isan has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp.

Yelper BigPat P. wrote, "Here's another hit from the team behind Fish Cheeks! The wings were amazing and the Larb is not to be missed! The Som Tum was great and the mushroom salad was a pleasant surprise!"

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Chicks Isan is open from 11:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and Sunday and 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
