23rd Annual Foley Gardere MLK Jr. Oratory Competition
Come see some our country's future leaders, as students from 23 Houston elementary schools will kick off MLK weekend by giving an original speech. This year's topic: "What would Dr. King say to the children of today's world?" This event is free and open to the public.
