1. Oishii Bento

Topping the list is Oishii Bento. Located at 119 Oakland Ave. in Oakland, the sushi bar, Japanese-Korean spot is the highest rated budget-friendly Korean restaurant in Pittsburgh, boasting four stars out of 276 reviews on Yelp.

If you've got a sweet tooth, head over to Sumi's for cake, shaved ice and more. Try the taro milk bubble tea, shaved ice with coffee, matcha cake or the green tea and raspberry cheesecake.
3. Chick'n Bubbly

Oakland's Chick'n Bubbly, located at 117 Oakland Ave., is another top Korean choice, with Yelpers giving the bubble tea and chicken joint four stars out of 133 reviews.
