Cardio & Cocktails | Saturday Night Step Aerobics
First, get your heart pumping and then reward yourself on Saturday at the Cardio & Cocktails: Saturday Night Step Aerobics, which is being hosted by W Dallas. Start with a one-hour hip hop step aerobics workout led by GRIT Fitness instructors and then stay for a champagne toast at the after party. Sneakers are required for the workout.

2019 Dallas Winter Boat Expo
Next, the Dallas Winter Boat Expo returns to the Dallas Market Hall Friday-Sunday. There will be more than 600 of the latest models of family cruisers, fishing boats, pontoons and sailboats on display to check out and even purchase, as well as marine accessories. Tickets are only available at the door.
When: Friday, Feb. 1, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 2, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; and Sunday, Feb. 3, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Resolution Restart
Then, if you have already given up on that new year's pledge to improve your health, the Atma Bhakti Yoga Center is hosting "Resolution Restart" on Saturday. The free event will include a yoga class, a plant-based cooking demonstration, nutrition speakers and much more.

Super Bowl LIII Watch Party
Lastly, catch the Los Angeles Rams battle the New England Patriots in the big game as the Community Beer Company is hosting a Super Bowl watch party on Sunday. Food trucks will be on site and Community beer will be available for purchase - plus the first pint is free for anyone who wears either a Patriots or Rams jersey.
