Argentina and Spain Celebrate Miguel de Unamuno’s Literary Works
First, the Embassies of Argentina and Spain have joined forces to present this free celebration of the life and works of Miguel de Unamuno. Acclaimed Argentine actor Horacio Peña and other cast members from the current production of El viejo, el joven y el mar at GALA Theatre will perform texts from the Basque-born, turn-of-the-last-century poet, playwright and philosopher. The entire evening, including a post-performance discussion, will be in Spanish.

Puffs

Deviated Theatre: Beyond
Finally, locally-based Deviated Theatre's fantastical Beyond, which had its world premiere here last summer, is once again on a D.C. stage.
