The entire evening, including a post-performance discussion, will be in Spanish.

Admissions

Next, save $12 on tickets to Studio Theater's production of Admissions. Set at a New Hampshire boarding school, the play introduces us to Bill and Sherri, the progressive headmaster and dean of admissions who've been trying to diversify the school's mostly white student body. But, when the goals of their ambitious son is jeopardized, conflicts arise over power, privilege and the gap between public  values and private decisions.

When: Thursday, February 21, 8 p.m.
Where: Studio Theatre - Mead Theatre, 150114th St. NW

Puffs

Then there's this opportunity to get half off Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic at the District of Columbia Arts Center. This parodical riff on the Harry Potter book series focuses not on the usual hero and heroine but instead on a collection of their less-than-stellar classmates.

When: Saturday, February 23, 7:30 p.m.
Where: District of Columbia Arts Center, 2438 18th St. NW
Price: $25

The Atlas Performing Arts Center is offering half-price tickets to this performance of the "dance opera" about an astronaut on Mars who, guided by Lady Time, meets her younger self.
