Not Just Pho is a Vietnamese spot that's located at 316 E. Pipeline Road.
It offers vermcelli, banh mi and an assortment of sides. Try the Vermicelli Bowl with vermicelli noodles, iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, mint, basil, veggies, fried onion and a house special sauce on the side; or the Seafood Noodle Soup with rice noodles, bean sprout, bok choy, broccoli, carrots, green onion, cilantro, fried garlic, shrimp, crab sticks fish cake and fried veggies wonton. For beverages, it has boba tea, Vietnamese coffee and other drinks.
With a 4.5-star rating out of 19 reviews on Yelp so far, the new spot seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Flamingos Mexican Restaurant

Wander over to 900 W. Airport Freeway and you'll find Flamingos Mexican Restaurant, a new bar and Mexican spot.
Flamingos draws its menu inspiration from the Guerrero region of Mexico and incorporates the flavors of Acapulco and the Pacific coast. Standouts include the Pulpo Al Mojo De Ajo (octopus marinated and seasoned with fresh garlic and olive oil, fresh Mexican herbs, sliced onions and cilantro, served with rice, salad and pico de gallo), Alambre Mar Tierra (steak medallions, shrimp, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes on a skewer served with pico de gallo and guacamole) and fajitas with either Mexican sausage, chicken, steak and shrimp.
