Topping the list is Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar. Located at 1212 Oak Lawn Ave., Suite 131, in Near East, the cocktail bar and breakfast and brunch spot, which offers pizza and more, is the highest rated pizza spot in Dallas, boasting 4.5 stars out of 510 reviews on Yelp.
2. Cane Rosso

Next up is Northeast Dallas's Cane Rosso, situated at 2612 Commerce St. With four stars out of 1,386 reviews on Yelp, the Italian and breakfast and brunch spot, offering pizza and more, has proven to be a local favorite.
3. Italia Express

Oak Lawn's Italia Express, located at 4000 Cedar Springs Road, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Italian spot, which offers pizza and more, 4.5 stars out of 416 reviews.
4. Sixty Vines

Last but not least, over in Oak Lawn, check out Sixty Vines, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 277 reviews on Yelp. You can find the wine bar and New American spot, which offers pizza and more, at 500 Crescent Court, Suite 160.
